Don't worry, I'm still dropping a tape; It's just not gunna be THAT one, anymore. I had an epiphany last night. This tape's gunna have songs that you just listen to for fun, and there's gunna be songs that you're gunna feel. Some jokes wordplay and punchlines, and then some just real down-to-earth tracks.


So, without further adieu, I present to you the New title of the mixtape.

Mixtape Delay

Hello World,


I had originally planned on releasing my mixtape in February or March. But I feel like I wanna throw up some Summer Bangers, y'know? Soo, who throws up Summer bangers in the Winter. 


Solution?


I've decided to push my tape back to late April. Don't worry, I'll still be releasing songs, just not an official "Mixtape". It will be out for the Summer, though.

Feelin' Like A Million Off My First Hundred

On the first of January,, I started an Artist page on Facebook to promote myself, and launched a campaign to reach 100 fans by January 23rd. I'm DONE. It's the TWELFTH! I'm actually soo hyped right now, I can't even explain it. I actually kinda doubted I'd be able to do it; Sure I have some loyal fans, and sure I have some friends who look out, but not 100 of them. 


                  SO I THOUGHT.


I know it's only a hundred fans, and I've got a long way to go, but this is a huge milestone in my eyes. Thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU, to everyone who Fanned Up, and especially Everyone who got friends to Fan-Up; Some of you I didn't even TELL, I just saw names I didn't know and saw the common friends. This means so much to me, and I won't let you guys down.

2010: Let's Get It Started

So, uhh... This is my first blog. It's a little long, I think; Just getting into the swing of things.

It's not easy being a rapper in Ajax, Ontario. The suburbs are a harsh place, and Canada's not currently so well known for it's Hip Hop scene. It's a struggle that's had me sleeping on the game for a while now, only doing a few little tracks here and there. But I noticed, there are bare other artists around here. And honestly, we're pretty dope.

A few years ago, they said Toronto was the Screwface capital of the world; we had nothing but haters. But now, I think the dynamic is changing. I dunno if everyone's just hyped off Drake's success or what, but suddenly, at least as far as I can see, Toronto artists have just been stepping it up. So I stepped it up too. And I think I'm ready to hit 'em hard this year. I think We're ready to hit 'em hard this year. I'm talking about EVERYONE; I used to look at other rappers around here as competition. But I realized a while ago, These guys aren't my competition. We're all barely even competing right now. If we Team Up, we're supporting each other, and then we're going places. So, yeah I'm a solo artist; I'm not in a band. But at the same time, if you hit me up, I'll hop on a track with you, or vice versa.

I STRONGLY believe that Toronto's got some serious ambition, and I've got a pretty serious load myself. I find myself at the turn of a decade, with a wide musical skill set, a broadening support base, and opportunity coming outta everywhere. I have big dreams, and I intend to accomplish them. Pickering/Ajax, I got you. Durham, I got you. Toronto? Let's get it in.

P.s.: Can't wrap up my first blog without shouting out a few of my fellow artists: SeveN, T.F. Poet, J.R. Richy, Lim, Drew, Savannah Simpson, DaKidFuture, Boogie B St. John, we're gunna do some things to this year, dudess...

Also, shouts out to my loyal friends and fans, especially Emily, Lesley n Kenesha, my girl, my guinea pig and my Biggest fan. Don't take offense if I don't call you all out; I told you, I Got You.
